intermediate misfire, which sometimes happens and sometimes it dont. I have however serviced the car with a Oil Change, Oil filter, new spark plugs, airfilter box and housing kit as a previous K+N air kit was removed. I have put ion a temporary pipe to connect the box to the MAF but it does need some clips on.The car was also blowing on the centre pipe exhaust and I have replaced that as well.The car has had a scan on the ECU with a fault code now stored for the lambda sensor bank 2, which is the one on the front exhaust pipe. As far as Vauxhall are concerned they say that will fix the misfire as it is causing the mix to be wrong. The past owner removed the radio and all the fittings are there for a replacement vauxhall one to go in. (they are cheap enough to buy on ebay). The car has alloys and they will remain on the car.Cosmetically the car is spot on for its year, the only downside is a canny gash in the drivers seat(pictured) but it does not affect the comfort ability of the seat and will not be noticeable with a seat cover. the car could do with a hoover, but I shall look to do that and will update this when done.The car comes with an MOT until end of June, and does start and drive, but recommend either a tow or a trailer to take it away as there is no tax. I have receipts for the recent work done but it came to me with no service history. That is why I have serviced it. As you can appreciate I am looking for a quick sale to move the car on and I am sure that for a future buyer it would be a quick fix, with all the work already done to it. These cars sell for nearly £1200 at market value so this is relatively cheap, for what is left to do. this is a work horse but has been used as a private vehicle for the last year. in plastering and the astra isnt really suitable. It had a cambelt change at 75,000 along with water pump, rollers and tensioners and all filters (cost £473.80). Also replaced turbo-charger with all gaskets and oil feed pipes. Along with sumped cleaned and replaced gasket, oil change and filter back in 2009 ( cost £968.52). Had new front shocks and springs along with top mounts and vertical links in 2009 aswell (£486.70). had 2 front tyres and front top mounts along with tracking and oil top up (cost £211.50). It had a new scorpion 6x4" rear back box in 2009 (cost £174.00). All work done i have recipts for and has been done at the garage. The man who had it before me polished it every week and anything it needed he had done at the garage, in his words "it was his pride and joy". it has cruse control, air con, electric mirror ect. Car starts first time and runs like a dream as i say i really dont want to sell it. when i have been out in it i always allow the turbo to wide down and cool before switching it off. I dont thrash the car as there is no need! i love my car so why would i thrash it? It has mot till september 2012 and tax till the end of sept 2012. The car is really cleand and tidy. There is a small scuff on the bumper as you can see in the picture, it was there when i purchased the car. There is loads of tread on tyres, the alloys could do with abit of work but still looks really good. I am looking for £2275 or very nearest offer! the tyres all have 5mm - 6mm of tread, there are a few minor scratches etc on the bodywork but no rust and the interior is in good condition with no rips or bad stains on the seats. It has an expensive Sony radio / CD player with MP3 connectivity. The SXi model has alloy wheels, central locking, power steering & electric windows, it`s an easy car to drive and looks quite sporty. The insurance is a low group ideal for a young driver and it gives 30 - 35 MPG about town. The car is recorded as being previously accident damaged (Cat C) the damage was very minor, nothing more than a dent in the drivers door which was replaced with a used door from a car the same age spec and colour, the colour match is perfect and you would never know it was changed, the car was checked by VOSA and legitemately put back on the road, I have all the paperwork. Don`t let the previous damage put you off this car, there was no structural or mechanical damage, it really was a minor dent and you can`t tell it`s been repaired, the price I expect to get for the car reflects it`s history. oil or water it does not overheat it does not burn oil it has a 6speed gearbox which changes smooth and effetely and drives in my opinion perfect viewing is welcome and encouraged , for some reason the engine maagement light is on and the tempreture gauge does not work ,but the car does not overheat , there is a scrape to the front bumper on the corner were i parked to close to a wall down cornwall there is a scratch on the drivers door about 3inch long which some kind person did in a car park there are marks on the rear bumper were i have took thing out of the boot.there is a small dent in the rear passenger door i will try to take a picture but might not show as its not a large dent also there are no spotlights in the front bumper as someone stole them and i have not replaced them if you are really picky you may find other marks so best come and view . that`s as honest as i can be as far as i know its not on the v car regester but check yourself if you wish, please note i am not a car dealer and i sell my own cars only when i decide to change them , i have priced this car to sell at a realistic price any questions or to view phone 07988802444 please note cash on collection preferred milage will alter as in daily use X | £1650.00 | |||||||

Quite tatty inside, not councourse condition outside either, but runs very well, and generally a very good car. Recent service and cam belt, front caliper replaced to cure 2 year problem! this car at the end of October 2010, In that time I have done a lot of work to this car which includes: - Crank sensor Discs and pads all round Full service including Oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, pollen filter, brake fluid and spark ...plugs I have never gone longer than 3000miles before changing the oil and filter. New radiator Timing belt, tensioners and water pump were changed by myself at 131892miles on 24/02/2011 using the full locking kit so is good till 171892miles or 24/02/2015 which ever comes first, most v6 vectras have not had this done as it is an expensive job and when the tensioners fail the engine is a write off so you know you don`t have that problem to worry about on this car. Hoffman silencerless centre section New cat Underneath of car cleaned and painted Full autotechnics coilovers fitted. Lip spoiler on boot imported from Poland I have fitted 17" astra coupe turbo alloys in gloss black. Both lambda sensors changed 2 weeks ago New EGR valve fitted around the beginning of the year New coilpack and plug leads fitted around ther beginning of the year 4 excellent tyres with plenty of life left in them as the 2 fronts are new and the rear are nearly new! New battery in December Both wishbones replaced Both antiroll bar links replaced New steering rack All antiroll bar bushes replaced Front strut topmounts and bearing replaced. Gearbox oil changed I also removed and cleaned the sump and pickup when I first got the car Most of these jobs were done because I am fussy and not because they were needed. The body work is in good condition for its age but does have the usual age related marks, do not expect a minter. The current mileage is 150542miles, don`t let this put you off as this engine still pulls like a train through all gears and right through the rev range, this car is very quick and disappoints a lot of so called faster cars, the car was in use daily by me up until the beginning of January when I bought my new car and it has not once let me down, I used this car to go to Yorkshire and back, Bristol, Cardiff and Cornwall, I consistently get 25-30mpg combined around town and above mid 30s on motorway run. As you can see from the pictures someone thought it would be funny to steal the osf jacking point cover however these are cheap and easy to get hold of. As you can see I have put a lot of time and money into this car, I have spent much more on this car than it was worth, you will struggle to find a Vectra that has been looked after as well as this for the same price as I am asking.
